The Capilano Rugby Football Club is always looking for new players, supporters and enthusiasts. Whether you are a veteran of the sport or a beginner, we want you to be a part of Caps RFC. If you are interested, come down to one of our Thursday-night training sessions and introduce yourself. Our season runs September through May, with game days taking place on Saturdays (age-grade, men’s, women’s) and Sundays (age-grade, mini-rugby, Snowcaps over-40 league).

Capilano RFC welcomes you to join us: registration is provided to provincial rugby unions, including BC Rugby, by Rugby Canada. The registration process is fast and easy; simply follow these instructions, and you’ll be a member of Capilano RFC in no time!

1. Clicking the link below will take you to the Rugby Canada registration web site. Select ‘BC’ from the map, or from the drop down menu under ‘Select your Province’.

2. From the list of clubs that appears, select ‘Capilano’ as your club. Scroll down and select your membership option.

3. Click ‘Register’ at the bottom of the page. You will be prompted to sign up or login to Sportlomo in a different window.

4. Click ‘Add/Renew’.

5. Select your membership category and quantity and click on “Continue’.

6. Fill in your personal and payment information as prompted.
